The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization. This role provides strategic financial leadership, ensures fiscal responsibility, and supports long-term business objectives through sound financial management and data-driven decision-making.
Primary Duties:
- Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, and audit functions.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support executive decision-making and operational performance.
- Manage relationships with investors, auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to optimize cost management and improve profitability.
- Develop, mentor, and lead the finance and accounting teams.
- Participate in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management initiatives.
- Present financial results and forecasts to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
